I love getting new recipes, Thanks Connie, this was actually one of the easiest detox’s I have done, did not experience the emotional part this time, yay!  I have been off of sugar, dairy, gluten for over a year now, only having a taste here and there of bday cake, only to have flulike symptoms the next day, crazy to think all those years how sugar was actually making me feel, I must of just not felt good everyday and never realized it until I started clean eating.
