Is it what you’re eating or what’s eating you? (Primary Food)

Primary food is more than what you find on your plate.  Healthy relationships, regular exercise, a job that you love and a spiritual practice can fill your soul and satisfy your hunger for life.  It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors in our daily lives that make us happy and healthy.

If you find yourself eating super healthy but still not happy, and yearning for comfort food, this class may be just what you are looking for.  We will take a look at these other important areas of your life, and make sure they are in balance and adding joy. The more you work on increasing your primary foods, the more you’ll find that what you eat becomes less and less important.

We will meet Tuesdays at 1:30 pm starting October 2nd and will run through November 20th.  Each class is $20 or $150 for the series when paid up front.  Contact me here if you would like to be in on this class.
