The hardest part of changing our diet is figuring out what to fix!  How do I move from the “Standard American Diet”  full of white flour, white sugar, and animal fat, to one based on whole foods?  Let me  show you how in weekly hands on food preparation classes!  We can take your favorite recipes and modify them plus learn some totally new ways to use the “living” foods around us.
