Dehydrator Crackers
Recipe type: Appetizer
This recipe can be used as written, or you can substitute same amounts of vegetable juice pulp in place of the vegetables listed below.
  • 2 cups almonds (or almond pulp) soaked overnight (3 cups after soaking)
  • 2-3 cups carrots
  • 1½ cup medium pealed zucchini
  • 1 cup soaked flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lemon squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 green onions
  • ½ cup ground flax seed
  • 1 T nutritional yeast
  1. In the food processor, chop almonds to fine pulp
  2. Blend in all other ingredients except ground flax
  3. If it's too stiff add a small amount of water
  4. Stir in flax
  5. Placed 3 cups of mix on each teflex dehydrator sheet
  6. Dehydrate for 2 hours on 115
  7. Flip and cut into squares. Place back in dehydrator until hard. Can take up to 24 hours.
