Beginner Green Smoothie

I am a F A N of green smoothies.  They will rock your world if you make them a daily habit!  I always tell those beginning the green smoothie tradition to start with more fruit than veggie.  This is a basic “starter” smoothie.  From here, you can experiment and add more greens and different combinations.  The sky is the limit!

Beginner Green Smoothie
Recipe type: Smoothie
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 handful frozen red grapes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of kale
  1. Blend together until smooth.
Other yummy ingredients: spinach, collards, swiss chard, pinapple, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, beets, ginger, parsley, spices (pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg with almond milk, pumpkin and stevia) Comment if you have a good one you've fallen in love with!
