Remember to eat lots of good, natural plant food for your “recipe for health” and getting TONS of energy and nutrients in your diet.
Instead of turning to sugar and caffeine for energy, think:
1 – Water
2 – Sleep
3 – Primary Food (Nurturing relationships, career, spirituality and physical movement) A hole in any of these areas is very “draining”.
3 – Natural foods
4 – Exercise
