“Connie is friendly and easy to work with.  She really knows her stuff and is not intimidating to work with but makes you feel comfortable and valued.  While working with Connie, I was able to achieve my lowest weight since high school and also become toned and lean.  I have energy, the cravings are gone and I don’t feel like I needed a nap every afternoon!”  ~Sanz Sua

Anyone can do this and you don’t have to buy special food or go to the gym.  This program so successful is the fact that it works on your whole being physically and mentally. We get rid of the junk in our lives both physically and mentally and fill it with good things.  The food we eat makes us feel better almost immediately.  I have lost a total of 115 lbs.  It has been an incredible journey.  I went from my clothes fitting looser to wearing clothes that I hadn’t worn in almost 10 years to having only 10 pounds left to lose to reach my goal weight.  I have a pair of capris and a shirt that have hung on my closet door for the last fifteen years to inspire me to lose weight.  I have more energy and my ability to do things has increased tremendously.  I can actually jog –something I never thought I would ever do again.

Connie is so good at teaching us good nutrition and overall health In a way that we can all internalize the information. She cares!  Michelle Warren

Measured meals.  No Flour.  No Sugar.

This. Just. Works! ~ Abbie Lancaster

“I just made and LOVED the Cauliflower Sweet Potato Soup! I was tempted to puree the whole pot because the half that I did puree was AMAZING! In fact, I probably like it better pureed, but I’ll have some for lunch tomorrow and decide if it’s all going to the blender or not! Oh, and my acorn squash is all ready for my “no-oat meal” tomorrow:) Yay! Thanks for everything you do Connie!”  ~  Abby Johnson

You have helped me so much.  I am eating many more vegetables than I have ever eaten and I like them!  I do not eat much fat now either , I am so much more aware of what I am putting into my body because of how you have presented all of this information.  You have been with me to ask questions or let me vent.  I so appreciate you, you are a wonderful teacher.  I cannot believe how much time you have spent researching my questions to help me find the best information to help with my diabetes. You definitely go the extra mile, always with a sweet smile and an infectious laugh, Thank you! ~ Kathy Heiss

I just wanted to send you an email and thank you for such a great experience with the Kickin’ It Clean Detox.  I was really excited at first to start this whole journey, but when I started to get all the emails and info, I suddenly started to get nervous and doubt the decision I had made.  At one point, I even wanted to ask you to un-enroll me, but felt stupid for even thinking to ask you that.  I didn’t think I could really fit it into my life right then. It truly seemed so hard and unobtainable.  But, deep down, I really had been feeling like I needed to make a change in my life in regards to my health and eating, and I truly feel this program was the answer. So somehow, I just kept telling my self I could do it, and that I would take it one day at a time.  I also kept talking about it with you, and others that had signed up, and felt like I really could give it a try.  I was so glad that you talked us through it every step of the way.  That really helped me a lot.  I also am glad you didn’t think any question was a dumb question. I feel that I was very diligent in following the plan every day.  This was possible because I made up my mind to do that from the beginning.  I wanted the most of the experience.  I did reach the goals I had set for myself at the beginning.  It was amazing to see those be fulfilled.  One of those goals was to complete a Detox.  I had never done one before. Another was to lose 5-10 pounds.  I lost 5 pounds.  Another was to go without sugar for 15 days, which I thought would be impossible.  Gladly I found out it is possible and I felt so good without it.  Another was to learn a healthier/lifelong way of eating. It is interesting how the program goes for 15 days, I think that is the amount of time it takes to do something and make it become a habit.  This is a good habit to have made. =)
I was very proud to have overcome some hard choices in regards to food, ie: cinnamon rolls, scones, popcorn (3 of my favorite treats).  It was amazing how I didn’t feel yucky when I didn’t eat these things.  Had I eaten those items, I definitely would have.  You also said how fruits/veggies would be what we now would crave, that I found to be true.  I am so glad my taste buds have changed.  Now, will I never eat sweets again? Probably not. But I now can use the 80/20 rule and feel good about it.  I know I won’t go wrong if I stick to that rule.”  ~Shonie Johnson

“I love the salad! Who’d a thought kale would be good in a salad? Especially without bacon or something! LOL This is the second time I’ve had a kale salad and it’s a keeper!  I noticed last night that my stomach felt …flatter…not as bloated?. This morning, I was down 2 1/2 lbs.”  ~ Laura Kovach

“Okay Connie, this is the most amazing experience I’ve had as far as my weight loss goes. I got on the scale Saturday and I’ve dropped 6 pounds already! I’ve worked for years and years eating what I thought was healthy for me and never got anywhere but bigger. I ate smart and worked out for a year and only lost 7 pounds. Eating clean is definitely the key! Nice thing is that it seems to all be coming off my flabby belly! Woohoo!” Thank you so much!”  ~  Jana Bryant

I love the recipes and would never have thought to combine or even cooking or eating some of the things I am now.  It is awesome!   I love learning about this I thought I was pretty healthy but definitely need some work in areas.   Thanks so much for your help and info! I am feeling much better on this detox as far as my digestion goes. I love it! Thank you and thanks for your daily email encouragement and reminders!” ~  Jill Henrie

“I am motivated to do the things that I put on the ‘someday I’ll do this list’. Someday I’ll keep a journal.  Someday I’ll resume exercising, someday, someday, and someday. Thanks for making this more than a weight loss plan. This is a get control of my life plan”.   Karen Johnson

I have known Connie for a long time and her integrity is impeccable.  Her desire for her clients to succeed is her main goal.  Being in Connie’s hands puts you in a very good place.  She definitely knows how to change lives!!  Through my years on this earth I have tried almost every diet known to man, and have realized it has nothing to do with dieting, but everything to do with making healthy choices, learning to love myself and to know I am worthy of being healthy!!
This is not just a physical journey.  It’s much more than that.  It’s a spiritual journey to find out who we really are and what we are truly capable of!     Carol Nield
